Timothy White Session - Early 90's

I was having a little listen to one of the MK radio stations that were discussed here a few days ago and on came a track from something called the Timothy White Sessions - can anyone tell me more about it? 

When? Where? Who?  Which tracks were played and most importantly where can i get a copy!

The Long Highway was one of the songs.

Yeah, the other three live songs were Two Young Lovers, Going Home and Iron Hand. The radio show was aired at March 9th 1992 and contained almost all album tracks from OES and an interview with MK.

Sadly the tracker and i didn't get on as when i had an account i received several messages about not having enough ratio.  As the tracker is in Spanish i couldn't find out what they were on about and know how to fix it - sadly my account was suspended.  What is this ratio they were talking about - and how could i have improved my ratio?
