hello. back home.

set list:
Border Reiver
What It Is
Sailing To Philadelphia
Coyote
Hill Farmer's Blues
Romeo And Juliet
Sultans Of Swing
Done With Bonaparte
Marbletown
Speedway at Nazareth
Telegraph Road
Brothers in Arms
So Far Away
Piper to the End

Great band, great musicians, the lights were simple but with taste and the sound could be better. Knopfler sang romeo and julliet like i never heard it before.  i realy liked the show but as i said before with a another set list it would had been even better.

But i must say that Bonaparte it was very,  very well played and marbletown end is from another world.

great so far away, piper, speedway.

P.S. Mark needed a second signature fender cause the first didn

Nice pics, thanks for the links! I still wonder why Mark wears long sleeve shirts when it's boiling hot outside...

You mean a string? Don't think so, as he tried to keep playing but the wrong notes came out. Very strange.

Agreed VERY wierd ending.... ???

And so much for no flash camera's and little red camera dots.....the amount of people who wandered up to the stage and blatently took pics sometimes with mahossive lenses - that kinda annoyed me!

We i think were all reasonably respectful of the rules....seems like we are all not so thoughful....

Apparently there was no announcement pre-show to tell people "no filming of the show" so this maybe explains the increased number of cameras.  Presumably as the only Portuguese show it wasn't feasible to get a Portuguese speaker for the pre-show speech. ???

Yes, a string, my bad...

Maybe he was looking for other fitting notes but he couldn't find them? Don't know, not a guitar expert :P
