Just means that he was strongly believing in something and later he was strongly believing in the opposite.

The visual symbol is "he turned his vest over"
I think the translation is to change sides.

Talking about "strange posts" - and I really read some very strange ones las night...
Got some strange mail from an obviously new member (fottmann1) with 0 posts, asking ME in German language about any existing videos from this tour! Why me???
I never had a video camera in my own hands, only camera I ever used was my lovely Canon AE-1....

Strange behaviour, somehow really pisses me off...

And I am sure, it MUST be the heat!

Well, seeing as John W obviously reads this forum, can I offer him a invitation to post his reasons for changing his mind? :)

Have none of you ever changed your mind about anything? A lot has happened since he made that original post. We now know for example that the filming really, really annoys and distracts MK, so perhaps that is why John changed his mind on this matter.

My own view is this.

I don't record video myself, nor do I ecourage others to do so.

However, I admit that I HAVE downloaded DVDs that people have recorded since the filming ban came into place, on the basis that it's already been done and I can't undo it. I have also downloaded DVDs from the 2005 tour with Passalong audio synched to them.

Honest truth is I've never watched any of them though, with a wife and two kids the television is always being used and I don't really get a chace to watch MK stuff, I've only watched Real Live Roadrunning ONCE since it came out 4 years ago and only clips of Alchemy. Much prefer audio that I can listen to on my ipod or in the car, where I am in control. :)

To be honest if I would download one it would be because of my wish to find a souvenir being stronger than respecting Mark's wish of no recording video. And the reason I don't do it is just that I don't like aud video and have no big interest in it.

There will always people trying  to find recording of show even if their fave  artist does not agree with audience recording/filming. And those who are breaking the law while trying to film or record are still fan, surely not respectful fan but they are definitively still fan.

Hmm, well, downloading these DVD's makes it of course very interesting for filmers to make an even more successful DVD next tour. So let's encourage them!!! :lol Spoiling them is spoiling yourself in the end. I don't mind if everyone likes to film which might lead to a non-electronic-device-statement (no photographs, no cell phones, just NOTHING). I don't mind, I am not filming shows, I don't take picutres, I only enjoy the show. If you're filming, you're (only) ruining MK + band and everyone elses' show. But that doesn't seem to be a problem to the filmers because THEY have a video recording after all...

With all respect to the semi-professional filmers in the audience, but the quality in the end is still crap. But anyway, it seems to be interesting to do so (holding up your arms for two hours). By the way, that causes thrombosis, you know that? :lol

And yes, I'd love to see filmers taken out of the venue during the first song and having to wait outside for the rest of the show... Really... So enjoy the show! ;D ;D ;D
