Great grid, but I think Newcastle and Glasgow have been mixed up. :)

I appreciate the feedback. However I can't see where the data is mixed up? Unless you are referring to Going Home vs. Wild Theme. I struggle with the difference sometimes. I thought that it was actually Wild Theme played at Glasgow but poster Pottel lists it as Going Home. Maybe I'll punt and combine Going Home and Wild Theme like others do. I admit confusion here. Comments?

It was most definitely Wild Theme at Glasgow. From reports it was played in a "less Celtic style" at Newcastle, ie no accordian but my understanding is that it was still Wild Theme as opposed to the full band Going Home.

OK! I'll be the one to ask. How can you tell the difference between Wild theme and Going home? On the album, it's easy (I think): Going home is the one at the end with the sax, Wild theme is the theme that comes back 2 or 3 times on the album. Right?

But live? surely there's no difference if the Sax isn't there?

Please your Getalifersness, enlighten me!

Wild Theme is slower for one thing. Going Home is faster, louder has drums and bass etc. :)

The easiest way to tell the difference is, Wild Theme is usually low key, just Mark and Guy, Going Home is the full band.
Knopfler, Oldfield and Gilmour is all the guitar I need.

First with the scoops:

I can't believe the setlists have been posted on the official news site. Doesn't that ruin the "surprise" for the next tour?   ;)
