I don't know, for me there's something morally wrong about those snobbish events. Never understood why he chose to play exclusively for the Deutsche Bank last time, either. The lyrics to "My Parties" come to my mind...
I don't think it's his choice.
The tour must be very expensive to ru and I wouldn't think much profit is made after the private jet and expensive hotel bills have been paid. Ticket prices are still reasonable (in Europe anyway). Events like this just help subsidise the tour for normal punters like me.
