i am assuming mark himself decides who he wants to commemorate, but when that is the case, and if you then would need to assume he really liked/loved the people he commemorates, then why such a short and uninspired obituary?
any Knopfler, Floyd or Dylan will do....

Quite interesting. I wouldn't have had MK down as a fan somehow, I know he likes the celtic stuff but all the rabble rousing punk stuff doesn't seem to fit with boring MK.

The shortness  gives it much more impact I thought. This made me think and feel it much more than the recent ones. It has not to be inspired, it's not a song. It only has to be felt.
