Van Morrison's "Down to Joy"

I am looking for an mp3 of the Van Morrison song "Down to Joy" from the Belfast soundtrack.  For some reason it isn't available on Amazon music (in the US at least).  I would try one of those YouTube-to-mp3 tools, but then I'd be infected with who knows how much malware. 

Any suggestions?
