Tracker Unlimited Help

Hi amiters,
I've been using a tracker account for a long time, it was given to me by a guy long ago, for the reason that at the time I wasn't able to get one on my own.
Since there is unlimited mode, I am unable to download files for the reason that you need to access the google account, which I cannot do cause account is not mine.
I try to make a new one but the server won't let me do it.
Could someone help me, advise me, or have me contact the tracker administrator to see if anything can be done.
