Something we have to be proud of, is the fight against scalpers that PC is doing nowadays.

Here an article about this fight against Ticketmaster.

Amazing news, but frankly I don't understand the concept of buying tickets from someone else, it's like buying a used ticket. Or am I wrong?

It's like if you buy a ticket today, but tomorrow you discover you can attend the concert and sell it to other person, but in this case it's made by ticketmaster itself with fake buyers (brokers, they say) and each time it's fakely resell they get fees for the same tickets.

In that case it's not Mark's manager who needs to write emails to them, but police! But I guess it's a bit like all these gambling websites for kids via computer games, you can't beat them just by calling police. Hats off then to Paul Crockford for fighting with these scammers.
