As Mark already has Brit awards, Grammy awards, an OBE, Honorary Doctor of Music from 3 universities, an Edison award, Steiger Award, Ivor Novello award, PRS music heritage award, Music Producers Guild award for best studio, and a dinosaur named in his honour, I doubt he is bothered either way with the Rock 'n Roll Hall of Fame!!

When I heard the news about Leonard Cohen passing, I immediately went to Wiki and what did I see?
Leonard Cohen, CC (Order of Canada), GOQ (National Order of Quebec) and his name.
But the man died anyway, so what all these capital characters stands for?
Nobody should give ANY attention to ANY accolades after all.

No need for adding another thing on the list that should be allowed to moan about  . It is just a way you would write it if you like to emphasise the object - Germans use to do it all the time, they capitalise all the nouns btw - therefore make it all more clear.
