What a travesty!  DS once again not included in the Rock & Roll Hall of Fame!  I'm very upset and angry!  >:(  I'm not altogether surprised though.

MK is not upset about it. I don't even think he wants to be there?
so should we care?

No, I don't think we should care if Mark doesn't, but it still feels like a snub.  Would Mark want to be there with rappers anyway and since when was rap rock and roll?   I really think Mark is too good for this list anyway.

Probably so.   I agree.  Since when was rap music.   I guess that is a harsh comment, but it is the first style of ummm, radio sounds that I have not been able to listen to.   I like everything from Bach to ACDC (with MK the ultimate favorite) but I cannot bring myself to even try to appreciate rap.  A friend did try to convert me and taught me how to dance to the stuff, but that's as far as i ever got.
So if Rolling Stone wants to continue to ignore one of the greatest guitarists/singersongwriters who ever lived, that is their blindness.    But why?????????
But a spoonful of forgiveness
Goes a long, long way
And we all should do our best
To get along
