Australian Dream bootleg CD

Yesterday, trying to make some order in my library (physical not digital) I ran across this old double CD titled Australian Dream.
The story is that, years ago, I believe 1999, a made friend with a boy just because of appreciation we both had for Dire Straits. He understood that I was a big devoted fan and decided to gift this very special and fantastic double CD. At the time I didn't even had a CD player, I remember first trying to listen to it in the CD ROM of the PC at work, after work anyway because that was the only PC .
Anyway, I took pictures of this album, which I believe is some sort of bootleg.
Anyone knows how this got distributed and by who? Thank you, Toni

I had been looking for my copy for years when my father found it recently when he moved. I don't know much about it other than it's one of my favorite bootlegs. So nicely put together. They are actually quite rare and worth up to
