Billy Joel
« on: March 21, 2014, 06:08:25 AM »
Just saw this on Jimmy Fallon's new show. Billy Joel still has it in spades. Thought maybe some of you musical AMITers might want to try your hand at something like this. One of the coolest things I have seen on TV lately. Hope you will all get to access it.

I  saw Billy Joel when he toured the UK last October - He hasn't released any new albums for about 20 years ( I think River Of Dreams was the last one) but that meant I knew everything he played, and it was a great setlist.  - I agree entirely that (despite his looks nowadays) he' still got it ! It was a totally rocking show.

When you point your finger 'cause your plan fell through you've got 3 more fingers pointing back at you.

He has released a couple more CDS. One with music for piano (he has composed but he doesn't play) and one 4CD career retrospective, with lots of unreleased rare tracks.
Come on, it is not funny anymore.
