Mark at his best being his down-to-earth self saying great things about other people.

Yes, especially the mention of some forearm problems. But on the other hand, who didn't experience problems like that when playing an instrument?

We've all seen those black wristbands he wears during concerts. . .   Not a fashion statement, obviously.   Neither was the head band, though, when he started, but he created one.
