Trying to buy ROMA concert ticket.

i'm trying to buy 2 tickets for roma concert on ticketone.it .. but i always got an error message indicating that " there's an error in seat assignment".
i tried to contact the customer service , but in vain . they say that it may be a problem of VAT number.
can anyone help me.... PLEAAAAASE.
NB : there only some seats left , i chosse for general admission ticket.
