Three observations here:
1: I’ve never seen BG although I saw the Fullers Arms once in Chiswick so must have been near it. But if I ever make the pilgrimage, I might run at the garage door to see if it opens to people on foot. If it does, I’m in and if it doesn’t then I’ll sustain injuries as I crash into the wall and will need first aid. I’m sure there’ll be a first aid kit in BG. It’s a win win situation
2: MK must respect Tommy to an extent by the fact he was invited to record with Mark and not just send the song as a file.
3: a separate thread could be made on our perceptions of MK’s time management. Sounds like it did come in the middle of a particularly busy time for him. I remember someone asking Guy whether MK had ever been asked to go on Top Gear and Guy replying he wouldn’t have time. From my point of view, if he can spend as long as he does on an album, and as long as he does playing with vintage German microphones, then he could find the time to go on Top Gear. All of us can claim (legitimately) that we very busy but all of us can find time to do something if we really want to do it.
