Maybe someone else was wondering.
The Prince Trust told me that it could not refund me but they could change the name of the reservation.
A friend of mine in London
has agreed to take those tickets for me. Therefore, I can give my friend's name to the Prince Trust for her to pick up the tickets instead of me and to pass them for someone who wants to buy them.
That's it. If something is still not clear, do not hesitate to ask.
Besides, I remain open to any suggestion (change the reservation directly with the buyer's name, in this case I have to know it very quickly; payment made now or when tickets are handled before the show...). At last, we can consider reasonably lowering the price of the tickets (not for us to lose the whole money).
