1- Sailing to Philadelphia  :clap
2- Down the Road Wherever, Golden Heart and Shangri-La  ;D
5- Tracker, Privateering and Get Lucky  ;)
8- The Ragpicker's Dream  :think
9- Kill to Get Crimson  :disbelief

The very only one I never ever revisit is KTGC. TRD gets a listen every second year or so. All the others are on the top of my list, I love saying hi to them every now and then.

I like KTGC pretty much. I think many people don't like it because it's the farthest from DS sounds (and I do agree with that) but when you concentrate only on the melodies I think basically all are nice and interesting.

Not my cuppa tea at all, that's all. I like lots of things that sound nothing like DS. I just find it boring, repetitive and bland.

This is a hard one since I really enjoy almost all the albums and listen to all of them (except for one), I don't think I can rank the albums, although tiers work for me.   I would put Down the Road Wherever in Tier 2 or 3 for me, right now I'm leaning towards 2, but I will know better in a couple months.

Tier 1
Sailing to Philadelphia

Tier 2
Ragpickers Dream
Shangri-La
Privateering

Tier 3
Get Lucky
Kill to Get Crimson
Tracker

Tier 17
Golden Heart

I just listened to them all mostly through to figure this out, still a tentative ranking as I tend to change my mind every time re-listen to them

1) Tracker, Down the Road Wherever, and Sailing to Philadelphia
2) The Ragpicker's Dream, Privateering, and Get Lucky
3) Golden Heart, Kill to Get Crimson, Shangri-La

I love DTRW, guess I'll see how it stands over time, but it's at the top of my list now. Drover's Road is one of my favorite songs now, OSAAT is wonderful, Matchstick Man is a more autobiographical version of Heart of Oak which I love. Thrilled with DTRW overall, it's a wonderful new album. And It's gotten my dad, who hasn't paid attention to MK since a few popular songs in the DS days and hasn't listened to his solo stuff, to start listening (first I introduced him to Sailing to Philadelphia which he also liked, but he loves this one)

Even the bottom tier here doesn't mean I don't like the albums, just a bit less than others. Although KTGC I don't listen to much besides In the Sky. Shangri-La I didn't like after a couple listens and just listened to it again and now I like it more... I guess I just had to turn the volume up, go figure  :)

It's too difficult for me. I'm afraid to write number one  :)

Clear as the day
Now come on woman, come follow me home
