Hello to all Dutch fellow Dire Straits and Mark Knopfler Fans. Sorry, i cannot speak, write and understand the Dutch language, so i write in English.
My name is Klaus, 47 years young and a German Dire Straits-Knopfler Fan since 1985.
Maybe i need some help in a special case in the subject of Dire Straits from the fellow Dutch Dire Straits fans.
I had the chance to visit the Dutch Dire Straits Fan-Avond in the year 1993 in Loosbroek. Maybe someone can remember that event. To me it was a very special day to meet other fellow Straits Fans, to get in contact with them, to trade and swap Dire Straits stuff and to share many experiences. I can recall that a Dutch Guitarplayer Henk played some Dire Straits songs with his guitar.
So my question: Does somebody from the Dutch Fans made some photos on that event ? I only have an original Poster from that event, many good memories and some Dire Straits items, which i have bought or traded there. It can be possible, that my Fan-Mate Peter and me are on some of the photos. I´m very interested in some photos with Peter and me, if someone can help me with possibly taken photos. I know it is a long time ago, yes, but it is still on my mind.
