I have something similar.  It is a pin, with a red ring around the edges, and a golden heart in the middle.      I'll try to take a decent picture of it and put it on as my avatar.

I just read this message Ingrid and I am so happy that you found a golden heart again! .....That is really great!
I know how much you loved the one you were wearing in Norwich!

Although I would like to see it, I wouldn't wear it during the concerts if I was you, except when it is protected by
 a big strong chain with a padlock! But then, it might be to heavy to wear!
