Does anyone know when it was recorded?  Both Mark and Ed talk about the tour as though it's upcoming, yet there are clips from Randy Quaid in the HF video (which I believe were filmed at a Sheffield '91 show) and also a clip from PONO that was filmed in Ahoy, Rotterdam I think.

I have recorded it as well, it is from Mtv special, that played on the first days of the OES release and for at least a week.
