I used to share everything for free, but I found people selling (selling!) my free transcriptions, so I decided to put a symbolic price for the download. So I hope that who wants only to make business with them, taking all for free and selling for real money, should look elsewhere. Back to the cd, I can upload wave or flac files and send you the link.

Sure you can, the videos with music are public on youtube :-)
I can also send you a download link as for Sweetsurrender, I must just check where I can upload the files.

I do not have so many camcorders ;-) So I play and record it separately (audio -> line in to mac, video -> camcorder). When ready, I start the audio record and play it again on the piano, recording the video from another view (playback record). Made it 3-4 times and then mixed it.
