About the T.Mandel /J.De Korte confusion, it was me who re-introduce (in good faith) the wikipedia mistake here on AMIT forum.

I know now that it's not true, with the help of you all here ! 

However, it's always a mystery to me why J. de Korte is credited in film end credits, and Tommy Mandel is not 
I think it's fair to say that Mandel's role was a litlle bit more "important" than JDK's one

I must confess that I don't hear clearly JDK's parts, apart this one : the "congas" sound at the beginning of telegraph Road which can't not be hear in Alchemy, but is present in the MFN compilation remix

Alchemy is full of Joop de Korte sounds, shakers in "once upon a time..." Tambourines in all of the songs, congas in others... Many subtle stuff.
