Which songs you skip was good but a little negative.

Let's hear which songs you listen to every day!

For me currently, This is Us from ATRR and Sailing to Philadelphia are definates. Listen to MK every night on my iPod whilst trying to win my fortune on various poker sites.

At the moment I'm working my way through all the audios of the KTGC tour whilst doing other things on my PC.  Other than that I'm still listening to the KTGC album!  I also have on my mp3 player about 30 or so albums ranging from Irish music to country and blues and of course lots of DS/MK which I play on random, to have a surprise every time!   ;)

And I don't know why
I still want her to dance"

Be careful, there's a reason it's called "Sucker Row".  ;)

One of my favourite tracks ever is "Sucker Row" - very atmospheric. You can almost smell the stale cigarette smoke and peer through it to see Annie up in the cage doing her thing.....Funny coincidence is that one of my poker partners from my previous life had the favourite saying that you

Hey Dusty

Lady luck is a very small part of good poker play. Maths and psychology are the key.

You fancy a game some time ?! - and, we could always set up a private MK fan tournament on one of the poker sites if there is interest. Been playing just over two years and make a little petty cash. Also, where in Aberdeen u from? Used to live in Westhill and fish the Don at Kemnay for salmon and trout.

Regards.

My dad lives in Westhill. I grew up over the hill in Milltimber, but now live at Leggart (down by the Bridge of Dee). Moving to Edinburgh next month though.

Thanks for the offer, but I'm never gambling again, just lost 50 quid to my mate, grr!

Everyday i have to have my fix of SOS & TR, but in my car i've always got something Knopfler related, same on my Mp3 player.
Listening to a compilation of all the B sides now.
Love Millionaires Blues & Small Potatoes. :)

It depends on my mood! I have bought CD's of DS and Mark, but also download many songs
from Music stream (paid for that LOL) and made my own best songs CD's. So when I drive at work or home and feel stressed,  I play the more quiet songs or put the Golden Heart, Sailing to Philadelphia, Ragpickers dream, KTCG , and even Inamorata CD in the CD player! When I feel happy I want to rock and roll and play music of DS.

When I am behind the computer in the evening,  I first listen to my own station at Audiocandy.com and have there besides many artists, also all the songs of our Mister Guy Fletcher! After about 1 hour I listen to Big Blue Radio and request every evening songs of Mark, Dire Straits, Guy and sometimes Emmylou so other people will hear about them too!  ;D....After all that is how I discovered Mark also! :P

Btw I have to confess that I am cheating Mark the last few days with Emmylou Harris!  ;D In 2 weeks I will attend a concert of Emmy in Groningen and that is why I bought her newest CD called "All I Intended To Be" and it is a fantastic and beautiful CD with many great songs! ......Although it would be perfect if Mark would be singing at this CD too!   :P

If you are good to other people, most of them are good to you too!
