The county of Suffolk is only a 20 minute car ride
for me. I live in the county if Norfolk, which is
just north of Suffolk.

I'm rather curious as to how much new material Mark will write for the score..or will he include "Remembrance Day" and "Piper to the End" in the score. Even though we may know the stories behind each song...neither is pinned to a specific time frame. I think both might fit quite nicely...maybe even BIA!  :)

Hi Hophead!   I think Remembance Day might fit in very well.  The film is set in rural Devon (filmed in Suffolk) and Remembrance Day has a distinctly rural feel to it.   Realistically, though, I suspect it may be something wholly new that MK conjures up for the film!   :)

Yeah..I think you are right Val..although throwing in one of those songs might bring some 'familiarity' to the track. Honestly..I'm looking forward to it...I can 'hear' a Celtic sound to the track due to the nature of the story..something similar to "Local Hero"...should be excellent !

Well don't get me wrong, but I think that if the film release date is for this December, and with the upcoming Bob Dylan tour, the music must be already recorded, or is it? And with all these musicians in the studio the last months, this might be the project recorded. And after all a soundtrack by MK is a new record by MK.
Come on, it is not funny anymore.
