I wrote an article on my blog about Mark and Rock'n'roll :
https://textes-blog-rock-n-roll.fr/mark-knopfler-et-le-rock-n-roll/
as I did for the jazz, I tried to sum up all songs and contributions Mark did in this style. Maybe I forgot some...
I don' have the time yet to write an english version of my blog, but I remember someone posted here that Google translation did the job quite properly
thanks for reading

Thanks to Google translator I could read your great article. :D Very interesting! Great job, JF! :clap
I am wondering if there is any musical style Mark Knopfler is not able to play. He probably might play the best of Beethoven on his guitar. ;)
I didn`t know about this tribute concert for Elvis that Mark attented. Thanks for the link.
I will go and watch it tonight.

j'ai hésité, mais je ne trouve pas que ça sonne rock'n'roll au sens années 50, je trouve que ça sonne plus années 70 à la JJ Cale, un côté un peu country-rock-road-movie, mais bon ça reste subjectif
