Title: Surreal moments
Post by: Fletch on May 11, 2011, 11:35:45 AM
I was just chilling to Bob Dylans bootleg CDs tonight, and whilst flicking through the accompanying booklet which is always a nice read, I closed it and saw on the back Bobs passport. The birthdate is recorded as 11 may 1941. Which makes him 70 today!!!! Amazing.

Surreal, but isn't his birthday on 24th May ? (same as Guy's?)

Mmmm, you could be right. Maybe the date on the passport is the 'date issued' then ? Whoops! Still slightly surreal, if factually inaccurate.

Mmmm, checked the booklet again, the birth date is clear - 11 may, 1941. Issue date is Dec 10 1979 and apparently Dylan has brown hair and blue eyes!!!
Wikipedia says may 24th.
Any Dylan nerds know the answer for this?

Maybe 24th is the date he was "born again"? ;)
